History :
Imam group started its journey in 1996 with a state of the art project called “Imam Button Industries Ltd.” in order to support the garment industry providing all types of button in world class quality. After that in a shorter time its added and expanded the project one after one. In order to ensure safe shipment of the goods, Imam set up most of its garments unit in Chittagong town, just beside seaport. Although Imam Group is a private owned company, in spite of that it's given the rights to the public issuing share of Imam Button Industries Ltd. Imam Group currently employs about 4000 people and all they feel pride being a part of the Imam Group.

Simultaneously Imam's major vision is to play a vital role creating more jobs for job market, for which a team is always working to prepare the future expansion planning .
